Product digitalisation
and
CGI visualisation

OUR SERVICE

We offer all the services related to the photorealistic CGI visualisation of your products as images or video and in interactive applications..

If you do not yet have any 3D data for your products, we can also see to the digitalisation of your products using CAD data conversion, modelling and 3D scanning.

In addition to pure media files, we will also provide you with software such as 3D Web players and augmented reality players, meaning app installation is no longer necessary.

You can use the product images for all of your applications: online shop/e-commerce, catalogue, spare parts database, packaging, posters, flyers, etc.

THE PROCESS TO ARRIVE AT A DIGITAL PRODUCT AND VISUALISATION

We will see to the digitalisation of your product irrespective of what data you have as your basis. We can work with photos and dimensions, technical drawings, CAD data and product prototypes. Below are three typical workflows based on different products:

CAD

If you have 3D data or the construction data for the product.

See the CAD workflow with a torch as the example

MODELLING

If you do not have any 3D data, but do have technical drawings or photos and the product’s dimensions.

See the modelling workflow with a piece of furniture as the example

3D SCANNING

If you do not have any product data, but can provide us with a prototype.

WORKFLOW AND PROCESS EXAMPLES

CAD FILE WORKFLOW

CAD data is the ideal basis for creating a digital product. We process the construction data for visualisation purposes. We generate surfaces or digitalise prototypes virtually.

  1. Source material: CAD file
  2. We process the 3D data
  3. We digitalise the surfaces and visualise the product as a cut-out image
  4. Optional: visualisation of your product in a setting
  5. Optional: creation of video animations for your product
  6. Optional: we create an interactive application for your product – 3D Web and Web AR

MODELLING WORKFLOW

If you have technical drawings, photos, dimensions and prototypes of your products, we will use these to create your digital product. We generate surfaces or digitalise prototypes virtually.

  1. Source material: drawing
  2. We generate the product geometry
  3. We digitalise the surfaces and visualise the product as a cut-out image
  4. Optional: visualisation of your product in a setting
  5. Optional: creation of video animations for your product
  6. Optional: we create an interactive application for your product – 3D Web and Web AR

3D SCANNING WORKFLOW

In the case of 3D scanning, your prototypes and products are scanned by special cameras and digitalised. This process generates a 3D object with the correct surface characteristics.

  1. Source material: an actual prototype for a 3D scanner
  2. The scanner generates the 3D geometry
  3. We digitalise the surfaces and visualise the product as a cut-out image
  4. Optional: visualisation of your product in a setting
  5. Optional: creation of video animations for your product
  6. Optional: we create an interactive application for your product – 3D Web and Web AR
